The 2026 intake is now closed. Doors open again on the 1st January.

Learn to embroider so your craft becomes intuitive and effortless.

If we haven’t met before, hello… my name is Kasia.
I come from a small Polish village (that’s it in the photo below) and I remember my childhood as a time full of colour and folk arts and crafts. All that joy of folk celebrations, church festivals, folk costumes, traditions and hand made things is what I now bring into my creative work from my home in Sydney, Australia.
I actually graduated from university with a bachelor of graphic design. But that career didn’t last long! The needle and thread called me, my love of folk art called me, maybe purchasing fabric and thread as a tax deductible business expense also called me… 😬
It’s a perk. I won’t lie.
But enough about me let’s talk about you…
Do you dream of creating beautiful hand-stitched pieces?
Of course you do… 🙄🧵🌸🪡
But somewhere along the way, you started believing you lack the "talent" or the "creativity," or that certain skills are simply out of reach.
I’ll magic those untruths out of you…🪄
One of the most common things I hear is:
“I’m not creative enough to…”
choose colours
decide on a stitch
modify a design
know what to do once it's finished
Except it’s not true! 🙅♀️
You just haven't been shown how to do those things and how to practice them to make them second nature.
Now tell me…
Do any of these experiences resonate? 🤔
Standing in front of a wall of thread colours, completely overwhelmed, not knowing where to even begin so you pick way too many colours.
Cruising along, making real progress, until you hit a snag, start unpicking, lose the whole flow, and the project ends up back in the basket.
Not even starting, because some part of you already expects this is how it'll go, and you don't want to waste the fabric, the thread, or the time.
You’ve experienced all of the above!
It’s all good my friend!
I got you! 🦸♀️
Each month I teach embroidery through a whole project, rather than a stack of disconnected lessons.
Whyyyy?? 🧐
Because it’s one thing to learn a stitch along a straight line and another to confidently use it for filling complex shapes.
In practice this means that sometimes you'll learn new stitches, and sometimes you'll learn new ways of applying stitches you already know to different shapes.
You’ll learn to swap out colours without confusion by methodically changing threads or just the background fabric.
I’ve got all those tricks up my embroidered sleeves. 😎
How? What? Where??
Inside The Wednesday Tribe of course!
🥳
START OF THE MONTH
On the 1st Wednesday of each month you receive via email:
your embroidery pattern
a glorious magazine with embroidery instructions
links to live zoom sessions (pick your timezone)
video tutorial for stitching your project
You spend time delighting in it, getting inspired, getting started if you’re ready, gathering materials, watching the videos…
and then…
MIDDLE OF THE MONTH
On the 3rd Wednesday of each month we meet live in a Zoom session which I run across three time zones. Pick the time that suits you or come to all three. Continue stitching your project, whether you chose to do the mini version just to get the lesson and practice or complete the large version and sew an item out of it.
and then…
END OF THE MONTH
Share your progress photos or your finished piece (only if you want!). We love seeing all stages of projects. Connect with other members inside the closed Facebook group or email me your photos and I’ll add them to the members gallery.
and then… repeat!
I’ve saved the best till last!
OK I’ve gone on and on about the tribe, but of course I want you to hear it from the current members who are loving being here.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I recommend that you have some basic skills with a needle and thread. You don’t need to know any fancy stitches but if you’ve threaded a needle, used a hoop, created a few stitches on fabric before you’ll be good to go. If you’ve never stitched at all in your life, I recommend you begin with my free beginners course and return to TWT at the next intake window (open every three months)
-
Yes. Every month you'll receive a full list of materials you'll need for that month's project. But you do not have to have everything the same as what I use. You will see the colours I’ve used, the various fabrics and you can find whatever you have at home that will be suitable.
-
I always show alternatives and encourage you to use what you already have. Part of the joy of embroidery is making it your own; your colours, your threads, your version of the design.
-
Absolutely. Every live Zoom session is recorded and the replay link is sent to all members. You can watch and rewatch in your own time, as many times as you like. You'll never miss out just because life gets in the way. Plus, every month I also record a purely instructional step-by-step stitching tutorial so you can just follow that and skip the social talking all together.
-
Your monthly PDF includes full instructions on how to transfer the pattern onto your fabric. I use and recommend a heat-erasable pen, which makes the whole process clean and simple. But there are other methods as well. I'll walk you through it.

The Wednesday Tribe opens for new members once a quarter for a limited window, then doors close again.
-
When you join, you only have access to the projects moving forward for the time of your membership.
However, there is a “Past Pattern Shop” inside the membership area. Patterns that have turned six months old after their original release date are then made available for purchase to members only. Currently the January - April patterns are available for sale inside.
-
Monthly members can cancel anytime by logging into their account on my website. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.
If you have a three month or annual membership, your payment covers that full period and you can cancel any time, but you'll retain full access to your membership until the end of your paid term.
If you have any trouble at all just email me directly and I'll sort it out for you straight away.
-
Each month's blog post is exclusive to Wednesday Tribe members and has a comments section where you can ask questions and connect with other stitchers. I also have a closed Facebook group only for TWT where members share their finished projects and works in progress.

The Wednesday Tribe isn't a course with a finish line; it's a creative home you belong to. There's nothing to keep up with and no one is checking whether your project is done.
Some months you'll stitch the pattern the moment it arrives. Some months it will sit quietly in your folder waiting for the right moment. That's not falling behind, that's just life.
What you're building here is a rhythm. You’re growing new skills, learning new techniques and collecting a library of beautiful patterns that are entirely yours to stitch whenever the time is right.
