WEEK BY WEEK BREAKDOWN:
WEEK 1 - We start with easy Stick’n’Stitch patterns—perfect for absolute beginners or anyone wanting to ease in. You’ll learn how to prepare your garments, position your patterns, and start embellishing simple areas like cuffs, pockets, collars or hems. Expect instant wins and satisfying results.
WEEK 2 - We will explore design placement for maximum impact, depending on your garment’s shape and your own style. Learn about design decisions so your project doesn’t end up overwhelming and begin exploring pattern transfer methods so you can stitch onto clothes of any colour.
WEEK 3 - Time to dive into colour! You’ll explore how to choose embroidery thread colours that complement your clothing making sure your newly stitched clothes enhance other accessories you have in your wardrobe.
WEEK 4 - We’ll graduate to developing your personal garment-embroidery style, one that creates impact based on your skill level, preferred stitches and style.
WEEK 5 - You’ll finalise one full embroidered piece, or more! We'll also cover finishing techniques, garment care, and ways to keep going beyond the course with confidence.
YOU’LL LEAVE WITH:
At least one uniquely embroidered piece you’ll be proud (and excited) to wear.
A clear understanding of how to confidently choose and use colours to suit your own clothes, aesthetic, and flair.
A collection of versatile patterns to keep creating.
The know-how and creative freedom to embellish anything you want—jeans, jackets, shirts, even undies if you fancy!
Your course is an investment in exclusive fashion—your own. In a world of mass-produced clothing, hand-embroidered garments stand apart as rare, luxurious pieces that carry meaning and individuality. This course gives you the skills to create pieces you’ll treasure for years—crafted with intention, admired for their beauty, and never destined for landfill.
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS:
You are welcome to pay for your enrolment in five instalments of $125 or two instalments of $312.50. If you’d like to pay in instalments please email me at hello@kasiajacquot.com and I will send you my bank details for your deposits.
