Wall Hanging - WENDY BLUE
A large project to keep you going.
It was designed to be stitched and then turned into a wall hanging by adding two dowels; top and bottom and then displayed on your wall at home. However you can turn it into anything else you might like.
The pattern features large elements which are perfect for embroidering with as much or as little stitching as you like.
Stitching guidance is provided with each kit, but I encourage you to also explore your own stitching and make this unique to you.
Your kit contains:
One panel of unbleached linen measuring approximately 50cm x 70cm with printed floral design.
Embroidery stitch guidance.
You will need:
Threads & needle. The kit does not come with threads or needle as I’ve made them optional. Most people have lots of threads and needles at home and I encourage you to use what you have in your stash as you might already have these or similar. The colours I recommend are DMC stranded cotton: 4 x blue 503, 4 x navy 930, 6 x green 987, 3 x brown 839.
Wooden dowels. If turning this into a wall hanging I recommend two wooden dowels 10mm diameter and 55cm long
